These agents are the BEST! Paul at Solmar Estates had our deal through in no time saving us money on rental accommodation. We were shown only the type of property we expressed interest in and more importantly in the price we had decided on. We had help with everything from NIEs to opening our Spanish bank account & we also got a very good mortgage deal. The great thing though is the after sale service is even better than the pre-sale service, if thats at all possible. Our whole family wanted to contribute to this testimonial but my daughter Amanda's bit is best. Amanda & her & boyfriend are going to Spain soon for 2 weeks. I have found that one of the keys to a successful business relationship is flexibility. During my initial visit to Spain to meet with Paul Sayers of Solmar Estates I was not too flexible & also maybe a little over demanding considering my budget to buy out there was not vast.
