La Tercia Golf Resort is currently under construction and it's completion is due in Spring 2008 for the first phase, 9 hole golf course, sports area & commercial centre. The golf course is designed for the pleasure and enjoyment of playing golf freely and also the safety and security of the residential area which envelops the course. La Tercia Golf Resort is the first of at least nine golf courses to be constructed in the South East of Spain by the well regarded and respected constructor Grupo RS, who has been constructing luxury properties in Spain for over 15 years.
In the next five years four of these resorts will be completed with a choice then of 72 holes of golf. The resort is built around a small valley means that most properties will have a view to the golf course.
